How to handle this transition

Maya Jones
Posted

We have a 3 bed 1 bath which we will be adding a second bath after our tenants move out.
i have listed the place as 3bd 2bth. When I do the showing it will be only 3bd 1bth but will explain to prospective tenants that a second bath will be added during the turnover process.
lets say tenant likes place and signs lease, is there something I should put in the lease to say that tenant toured the property and accepts that a second bath will be added before they move in.
anything I should consider ?

Personally I would not show it until later on down the line as most tenants are not gonna sign a lease on a property that is having a renovation like this as they have no idea when the work is gonna be complete
