Need affordable eviction attorney
I've never evicted a tenant before. Before I send the 3-day Notice to Quit, I want to make sure I'm doing everything correctly. In their lease they are responsible for water, however there is only 1 meter for all 4 units, so I just charge them $100 flat fee. Is this sufficient for the eviction in court or will I have to provide water bills. Is it easier to just remove the water charges and evict for non payment of rent, not including water?
Can someone refer me to a good eviction attorney please

I would strive for a good attorney more than an affordable attorney. A lawyer is not where you want to cheap out.
good luck
