We were planning to do some construction work so had to get asbestos testing. We are no longer planning to do construction. Now we are planning to rent out this property. What do I need to do now? Is it not advisable to rent?

It depends. What ACM's were found, and what is their condition? Asbestos is common in older properties, but if undisturbed/nonfriable it does not create much of an issue. Of course you need to disclose the fact of its presence if exposed. Generally you would hire specialty remediation companies to remove and properly dispose of the material, or possibly just encapsulate it, and then just move on with your original plans.
