Missed payments from Human Resources Administration (HRA)

Hello,

I'm wanting to know where to go to get landlord support for missed payments (from agency) for tenants receiving CityFHEPS benefits. I've called the numbers; there are no email addresses and the "home base/office locator" looks like it's geared toward the tenants. Any experience you have with this dyanmic is greatly appreciated.
