This is not my deal, my terms were different. A potential buyer was wanting my SF interest to be 3%.

I know the range is wide for down payment options for OF deals. I'm selling a property and shared my terms with a potential buyer. He stated he couldn't go higher than 8% for dp and 3% interest. I wished him all the best in his endeavors. Are these the OF terms you all are seeing in the current market?
