I am getting ready to renew a lease in Kansas City and was wondering what you guys typically include in your leases? Is there a standard lease that you use?

Thanks,

Mike

Hello @Mike Hoefling

Many property managers will use the local Realtor boards lease and addendums.  I use the same, with the addition of several of my own addendums for extra measure.  Otherwise, using a state specific lease can be an important feature to comply with state laws.

Hope all is well.
