Checking # with transaction categories

Hi All,

I'm looking to open a new checking account to track a new property just acquired, this checking account has to have the ability to offer a category to each transaction that takes place. My current bank does a yearly category report which is off most of the time.

I live in the Chicago area and if anybody has come across a bank with a checking account that offers this benefit please let me know.
