When I replace any filter, I write the date on it, and that helps me track how long they last on average. my .002 cents

I furnish kitchen sink and bathroom hair strainers, cheaper than having a plumber come in to rodding the lines.

Check and replace strainers as needed

I use Zelle to collect rent for the last 8 months, I personally love it,  simple and free of charge.

The issue becomes in doing the correct entries in bookkeeping.

What's the correct way to register incoming rent deposits via Zelle to Income in QB. Currently there are 3 buildings with 3 separate checkbooks. All the deposits initially go into one building checkbook as a reservoir.

I have a separate room ( Small Storage room) For the cameras to work flawlessly you need good wi-fi equipment.

I only have 50 mbps for service, however I use Eero wi-fi system.
