Does anyone have a current Florida lease agreement they would like to share? I will be doing a 1 year lease and the property is an apartment.

I personally always just pull a legal zoom lease for a new area and than add addendum's. This is an article on what I write in leases. http://www.reluctantlandlord.net/writing-a-kick-as...
