Property Management Software/Websites/Apps Reviews
Of the various ways to manage your properties (Buildium, Appfolio, Yardi, PropertyWare, Rentec, Quicken Rental Property Manager, and others), which have you found most useful for SF, multi-family, apartment buildings, etc. Which do you like most and least and why? What others are out there that work well?

I use Cozy.co which is also free. Cozy makes money by offering tenant screening (credit & background checks) while rent processing is free. They do not offer maintenance requests, which would be nice.
I have the same questions about Rentigo. I checked out the site. The design looks great, but the FAQ was lacking and they seem to be a new company started around 2015. They do not say how they make money so I am hesitant to use them, especially if they are free now but plan to monetize by charging fees in the future...
