Property in Personal Name & Florida Lease in LLC name

I am writing up a lease currently which I have used for the past 3 years in Florida. Previously I wrote all the lease paperwork in my name and my wife's. Has anyone had a property held in their personal name while their Maryland LLC was the lessor on the lease in the state of Florida?
