pet fees separate or part of rent
We charge a $400 "entrance fee" plus $40 extra per month per pet. My wife thinks we should list and account for the extra $40 separately while I think it should just become part of rent for simplicity. We don't send monthly statements anyway, unless there's a reason to, so it's not like they will see and be reminded monthly that Fido is costing them $40 every month but I still like it combined for simplicity. Not a big deal really, either way, but wondered if anyone had any thoughts about it. Thanks!
