Transunion SmartMove Issues

Has anyone else had issues setting up a Transunion SmartMove account?  I set up an account a couple of days ago, now I am not able to get back onto it.  I have gone thru the password reset process 2-3 time over last 2 days since I couldn't get past login screen ( so clearly I am at least typing in my email address properly lol).  If I cut and paste password that is sent, it doesn't work, If I type in characters of temporary password (in case cut and paste is not allowable) it doesn't work.

When I enter temp password, it flashes to the resetting your password screen where you type in your new password twice, but then it goes back to original screen after a fraction of a second.

Aside from getting password reset emails, I have not had any luck with getting any customer support.

If anyone has suggestions, I would love to hear them.

Thanks BP!
