Hi BP, 

I'm trying to compile a list of worst landlord headaches ever, to use in a direct mail campaign. 

Whats the worst call you got from a tenant?

What has been your biggest pain from owning a rental property?

If you are not a property owner tell me what you imagine your worst case scenario to be. 

Hopefully we get some good answers!
