Chester or Chesterfield, VA Relocation--Realtor Needed

Hello BP,

My husband and I are considering moving from Charlottesville to the Chester or Chesterfield area around August 2016. I'm the research and planner of the group. My husband is commuting now. He says this area is an affordable and safe area. If there are other areas we are open to look. Our lease will be up in August, so as I am reviewing the job market I would also love to get a list of homes or apartments for rent.

We currently are in a safe community in a mix of rental apartments & homeowner condos. We are currently in a 2bd/2ba, plus electric, washer & dryer in unit, approximately 928 sq. ft., secure building entrance. I have looked on a couple of real estate websites but no luck. Can someone send me a private message if they are willing to assist us or have further questions?
