Welcome Michael! This is a great community! I wish you the best in this adventure.

Hello Troy,

Thank you for the response. The properties your company represents are exquisite! I had no idea those type of properties exist in the Richmond Metro area. At this time I am doing research. I want to also let you know that our budget is not as vast but we currently pay just under $1000 per month. We are currently in an apartment. My husband works at Phillip Morris on Bells Road. If we decide to move there, we would want to be closer to his employer and I would try to find employment close by also. Are you able to help us find a rental property?

Thank you,

Karen and Brent

Hello BP,

My husband and I are considering moving from Charlottesville to the Chester or Chesterfield area around August 2016. I'm the research and planner of the group. My husband is commuting now. He says this area is an affordable and safe area. If there are other areas we are open to look. Our lease will be up in August, so as I am reviewing the job market I would also love to get a list of homes or apartments for rent.

We currently are in a safe community in a mix of rental apartments & homeowner condos. We are currently in a 2bd/2ba, plus electric, washer & dryer in unit, approximately 928 sq. ft., secure building entrance. I have looked on a couple of real estate websites but no luck. Can someone send me a private message if they are willing to assist us or have further questions?

Thanks,

Karen

@Bill S. Thank you for sharing and I agree with you and others comments, its important to people to supply real stories that are both good and bad experiences.  People don't know the power of transparency. When you tell and show your authentic experience it not only helps others but while you are writing this you can clearly see what went wrong. ðŸ˜Š

@David Dacherta  I agree.  And I'm a smart lady. I am the active partner right now. I understand what you are saying.

I'm here to network and connect. I of course would be interested in what @Brian Gibbons stated about obtaining cash buyers.

@Ned Carey thank you for the comment.

When I think about paid education or just learning to move ahead. Is there a double standard when it comes to traditional education and its value versus other types of education? I have traditional student loan investments, that has not reaped a large enough ROI.

I agree that no matter the reason or form, its an investment and no guarantees. All things take time and work.
