Rental property near military base
I'm considering making an offer on a SFH property right next to a military base, and wanted to know if anyone has experience with these kind of rentals. I'd like to know what some of the pros and cons are. And do civilians tend to shy away from these areas for reasons such as loud low-flying planes, etc, thereby narrowing your tenant pool to military families?
