Pet fee for seeing eye dog
I was just looking over my lease agreement and it has a clause about seeing eye dogs. This got me thinking, would you charge a pet fee for a tenant that needs a seeing eye dog?

A seeing eye dog is not a pet. My understanding is that you must completely ignore a seeing eye dog, or any similar service animal. Even if you had a strict no pets policy, you would still be required to allow a tenant to have a service animal.
Covered under the fair housing act:

mentioned about half way down.
