hello everyone  I currently have 3 house's  I have rented out  looking to expand  my properties  to 10 this year I live next to all 3 of my houses  so I will keep them from section 8  for the next few I buy im looking to go section 8  I see  a great need for low income housing in my area  has had anyone success  using this method   it seems to be a sure way to collect your rent with no worries  also seems they pay more per bedroom  so u can capitalize full price potential  would love to hear from someone with knowledge on this  thanks for reading my post look forward to chatting with you

First, I beg you on the behalf of all BP readers to use punctuation. (periods or commas). Without them, we have to re read your post a couple of times, trying to figure out where one sentence ends and another begins. You'd think it would be easy, but it's not. I offer this in complete kindness, tyring to be helpful, not picking on you.

We like section 8 in general, because the people who are on it are held to a pretty strict standard. In general, a single man doesn't have as much to lose as a single mom with two young children. If they misbehave or leave you owing money, they lose their sec 8 voucher. Sec 8 is like any other group. You will find gems and ... not so shiny specimens! I will say we have two tenants who've been with us nearly 7 years on section 8 and they're in our top 5 tenant list (out of 48)
