Does anyone have a personal recommendation for a lawyer in El Paso that does evictions?

Why do you need an attorney to evict? Go down to small claims court, request what is needed in order to evict a tenant (more than likely a certified letter giving tenant XX amount of days to move out based on the violation of contract) and pay the court fee in order to retrieve a writ of eviction from judge. Once writ of eviction is retrieved, you pay a processer to serve the writ of eviction at which time they will have XX amount of time to move out based on Judge orders. If they fail to comply, you go down to EPSO and request a constable or sheriff to enforce the eviction which they will have but a couple of hours to move out. If you dont feel comfortable doing an eviction, consult with Attorney Taffey Bagley who is a real estate attorney in El Paso Texas.
