HELP!!! Need tenants! Anybody use creative strategies?!
Hey all,
We have three 4 bedroom/4 bathroom units near a college campus that we need to rent out ASAP!
We need to find creative ways to get our property in front of students/realtors as most tenants search the Internet and although our property is approximately one mile from campus it does not appear in searches when looking in the specific city because it is actually in a different city!
Many students have already signed their leases for next fall and are away for the summer.
I'm willing to invest in marketing and get creative.
Any suggestions are GREATLY appreciated!!!
