What's your favorite paint brand and color for your rentals?

I use Medici grey from Walmart for the walls and Nova White from Walmart (Glidden Complete 2 in 1 primer stain blocking) on the trim. My rentals look like this. My tenants are in love, 99% of the rentals in my area use plain white and wood trim, I get compliments all the time and I can also charge $50 more than most 

other places here.
