Collection Agencies for Ex-tenants' Unpaid Rent

There are a couple of collection agencies specializing in collecting unpaid rent.  They will go after the deadbeat renter who vacated owing money and attempt to collect.  Both agencies will report the collection to all three credit bureaus.  Question:  Does anyone use these or similar collection agencies to get back rent / damages from renters who have moved out owing money?

One advert is:  "Landlord Collection Agency, Rent Recovery Service, Contingency & Flat Fees"

another is:  "Do you have (ex) tenants that owe you money? The only collection agency for tenants."

Any comments?

@Account Closed you are talking about different pieces of the same process. By this point you have already sued them and obtained the judgement. That completes the part you are talking about. Naturally, they have not paid what is owed. You have the option to forget about it, try and chase them yourself, or hire an agency.

I don't have the time to chase someone and I do not like the idea of them getting away with it. I would hire an agency that also posts that debt to the tenant's credit report. That way some years down the road when they need their credit they may show up with money.
