Little interest in house. Please critique

I have had this house on Zillow and Craig's List for almost 20 days.  I have had very little response, and those that do show do not follow up by filling out my credit check form.  Here is the list:

I'd pay a pro to take a better pics. Proper angle / lens / post processing will make small place appear much bigger, brighter, more appealing.
