Completely Online Application?

Question

Are there any programs that will allow the prospective tenant to fill out the application and pay the app fee online?  I've only got one two units so far, and I'd love to go paperless with this part if possible.

Lots of them. Cozy, rentapplication.net, and ISC all have the ability to do this. If you use Podio, you can create an Application App and give your prospect a link that allows them to fill it in directly, but you won't be able to collect the fee without finding some kind of plugin.

@Mark Douglas I use Resident Research.  Not only can tenants go to my website and fill out their application form, but the service will also run the application for me.  I just get the report when it's all finished.

onlinetenantapp.com I believe allows for this, we used it up until recently and replaced it with google docs (Granted we don't take app fees at this point) however it should be easy to replace the 'thank you' screen with a shopping cart checkout that allows a person to buy.

Account Closed  Do you advertise online, and prescreen over the phone before showing?  or do you do one or two open houses?

Every Podio application can have a web form that can be filled out. I think you click in the wrench icon to get the URL. Then use something like bit.ly to make a user friendly URL.

@Ronald Perich I've been looking to do the same. I use Podio and have rental/tenant buyer leads that are directed into my workspace. I would love to have a "CLICK HERE TO APPLY" type of action for them to be able to fill out an application.  Is this integrated within Podio, or a link directing them elsewhere? Ideally, I would like it to be contained within Podio so that when an application is completed, it is directed back into Podio for review.  Thanks for the information! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
