PM Recommendation for Orange County area

Hi All,

So I'm starting to get closer to have enough money to purchase my first rental property (nervously excited!) and was wondering if anyone had recommendations on PM companies you've used in the Orange County region.

I know people might think that 1 property for a PM is an unneeded cost for my analysis, but with my work schedule (5 AM to 6-7 PM ) theres literally no free time on the weekdays / very little on the weekends for me to manage it on my own.

Any recommendations / suggestions for the whole PM sector is greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

-Michael

People who live in California and buy out of state because they think they are getting better deals are delusional or lazy, but most likely a little... or a lot of both.
