Lease-only Management in Charleston area

My husband and I are starting to purchase more properties in the Charleston area, and while we will manage them ourselves, I still want to investigate additional options just in case. We are planning to close on a 3/2 SFH in Ladson in mid-December.

In addition, I understand Carolina One offers property management as well as lease only options (showing, advertising, and screening applicants). Have you heard anything about them? Have you heard of other companies in the area that do lease only options?
