I have a home in Massachusetts with about 250k equity its worth around 470. I have tenants in there who are a nightmare. To get them out I need 12k and to fix what they have done another 20k. I am looking for creative ways other then a 2nd from a bank to raise the capital. Any ideas ??????

Agree totally. I'm not even sure I would ever get to the point of having property that was more than a six hour drive away. I micro manage too much but I am trying to get better.

But having to pay a tenant 4k just to move them out is really crazy in my book. I realize there are two sides to every story but it looks like Mass only wants to hear one side if that is the law Everytime. I'm just glad Mass is more than six hours away from me.
