Poconos Seasonal Rentals
Has anyone had success renting sfr 3-4 bedroom homes in the Poconos/Tannersville PA area near camelback mountain and Calahari waterpark? I am thinking of buying a property to rent out on airbnb during ski season and summer. I wanted to see if anyone had experience/success with this. If anyone has information regarding poconos real estate your feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Anthony LaBarbera , I have been running one of my SFR through AirBNB and VRBO for a little over two years now. This past year has been great and the property will show a positive cash flow but there are multiple tangibles that come into play to make this strategy work. PM if you would like to find out more.
