I will be closing on a property in Arizona soon, and will be using Craigslist, word of mouth, rentals.com, and various other websites to advertise this property for rent when it is ready. What are some of you guy's favorite methods/ tools for advertising and finding quality renters?

Zillow rental manager has worked well in the past (use to be Postlets).
