Phoenix is a great market and will probably start you off with better cash flow off the bat, compared to the others.

Still got the same message...

I'm not sure if I'm the only one, but I'm having some sort of technical difficulties with the webinars. I've been able to view many webinars with no problem on my phone and my laptop. However I have not been able to view the last two. First message I get is that the Webinar owner has not logged on. After refreshing a few times, it says the webinar is over! I know I logged on at the right time. Anyone else experiencing this? 

Side note: Ive used Android OS, Chrome, and Edge (in Windows 10)

I will be closing on a property in Arizona soon, and will be using Craigslist, word of mouth, rentals.com, and various other websites to advertise this property for rent when it is ready. What are some of you guy's favorite methods/ tools for advertising and finding quality renters?
