Selling property with current tenant
I'm currently seeking to sell a rental property that has a tenant with about 7 months remaining on their lease. Can anyone provide me any resources (things I should know) before I place this home on the market.
Background info:
-Property is located in Texas
-Tenant does receive a Section 8 voucher.
-Tenant has no previous evictions and has paid timely thus far.
Any info would be great.
