Building a Property Management Software Comparison
Hi folks
I've been out of the loop for a while - been engrossed in a Property Management accounting project, working with Appfolio.
Heads up, though: I am preparing to compile a thorough Property Management Software Comparison matrix. The rows will be software, and the columns will be features. So far I've listed 17 products and 21 features.
There has been a LOT of chatter on BP about PM software, it seems my phone pings several times daily about it. Hopefully this comparison will calm a lot of the chatter and put some questions to rest.
If there is a product or a feature you'd like me to include in the comparison, please message me. When it's finished I'll share.

@Kris Freeberg Do you happen to still have this comparison available? Currently in the market for a software that can handle a few small properties and expanding into a full size property management company.
