Hello All!

I am an investor from NY.

I am interested in purchasing turnkey  properties in Kansas City, Indianapolis and other areas that make sense numbers wise (any thoughts on markets would be appreciated)

This is purely a buy and hold, cashflow strategy.

Any reputable turnkey companies out there that can help me out?? or anyone that has worked with good turnkey companies, please chime in!

Thanks!

ilona

Hello!

Turnkey investing can be amazing for people who want to invest outside of their own market. You can see some amazing ROIs in different areas. My advice to you is to always do your research. Some people out there just throw around the word Turnkey without knowing what it is. Sometimes they are just agents that find you a property that needs little work. If they didn't own it or do the word how do they really know?!

Feel free to send me a message with any other questions. Best of luck to you.
