What methods do you use to get tenants into your property

I'm new to the real estate game I've asked a few people that are landlords how to get tenants everybody keeps saying Craigslist what other methods are there besides Craigslist and putting rental signs infront of the property thank you

I used a combination of Craigslist, Zillow Rental Manager (which syndicates to Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and more), and Cozy (which syndicates to Realtor.com and others). I have had good luck with all of these without having to use a sign, thought I'm not opposed to putting one up.
