Hello everyone. My name is Ambria Maxwell. I am a licensed agent in the State of Georgia. I am looking to start investing in multi-family residential rental properties around Metro Atlanta (I-285). I have access to a lot of information being an agent. But, a wise person that knows anything knows that s/he knows nothing at all. Being so, I am looking to learn more about investing in rental properties and starting a property management company.
Some of the questions that I currently have are:
- If you have multiple locations that aren't in close proximity, what methods are you using to collect rent (website, in-home dropbox, etc.)?
- If you have incorporated your property management business and your portfolio includes your own properties...how are you separating the revenues from your rental properties and property management company?
