exterminator mentioned to tenant he saw active termite tunnels.

i know treatment options vary.  i know there is spot treatment where active termites are present.  i know there are bait traps.  and i know there are treatment options where holes are drilled around the home and chemical is placed down below...

im in philadelphia.  rowhome is small.  im sure you can picture the if you have been in philadelphia.  the home is in the middle of the block.  there are front sidewalks and a back concrete patio.  any idea at all what termite treatments will cost?

I just had a house treated for termites - relatively small area and it was around $900. They did have to drill holes since it was inaccessible. Termites have been the bane of our existence recently with multiple deals falling apart due to termite issues that were out of our hands due to financing.
