Credit Report Screening Service
What Tenant Screening Service do you use to get credit reports on tenants?
I've been using Equifax for the last several years, but their fees are going up from a minimum $50 monthly to $100 monthly in January 09' and I only do a handful of reports a year. I mainly want to be able to get a credit report score. Do any of the experienced landlords out there have a good online source?
