We have to fix a leaking pipe in the house we just rented out. I told the tenant we would be there this weekend. She asked exactly what times. How exact do I need to be? The house is in Colorado and, from my understanding, there are no statutes about notice.

@Lindsey Kramer let them know that you will be there between X and X. I'm sure that you alsoblime to know a time when someone is coming to fix something at your house, just common courtesies
