Unable to find any information on prospective tenant
I just got an email from Truilia about a prospective tenant. Doing a Google search, I can't find anything at all on the name. I have his phone number, zipcode, name and email address but my
searches have turned up absolutely nothing.
Has anyone encountered this before? I'd like to do some initial prescreening before I returned the email or called him.
BTW, his rental resume looks pretty good, income over 100k and credit score between 675-720
