Do you advise against showing a rental at the same time to two or three possible tenants? Or do you think its ok and efficient? Should I schedule the 30 minutes apart. I don't want to schedule it 30 minutes apart because sometimes people are late so I might be stuck at the property for three hours. What do you think?
Thanks,
Gamal

I too got tired of waiting around and no-shows. I tell them to call 30 minutes before the appointment. If they don't call, I don't go. I rarely schedule appointments quickly anymore. I'll push them out a few days, or to the weekend. Once a time is set for one appointment, I schedule others in the same time slot.
