Vacancy, Maintenance, Management Percentages
What do you guys feel are comfortable percentages to run for rental properties? I've been using a 10% reserves rule so far and feel I need to break it down further to vacancy, maintenance, and management individually. Have 3 duplexes and 3 SFH's so still managing myself but want to take into account a fee because down the road I'll need to bring a company in.
Open to all suggestions.
