The furnace is attached to the property and can’t be removed unless a written agreement between parties is in place.

Keith Jourdan Yea prices are high specially considering the ones that are for sale or do end up going for sale will need rehabs too. We actually own 3 properties in the area and all 3 will required work. It's still possible to find cash flowing properties I feel though.

Starting to see some action in Old Village area. Since the Starkweather Lofts started going up it seems investors/developers are taking interest. Has me excited!
