not renewing a paying tenants lease

I have a tenant that pays rent every month but is constantly starting problems calling the township on me and also threatening now to Sue me . is it a legal to not renew this person's least if they are on a month to month lease and own their own trailer i want too evict this person immediately but need to know the right way to do it.  the park is in Michigan in case that matters.
