Unfinished Basement with 7 occupants
I've received an application from a tenant with 4 adults and 3 kids. Aurora CO home is a 3 bed 1 bath main floor and basement unfinished with a non-conforming bedroom and bathroom. Am I liable for accidents that happen to occupant(s) in the basement? Worst case scenario is a kitchen fire and the bsmt stair exit is blocked.
