Misplaced lead certificate

I am 100% sure the seller sent me a lead cert. The problem is is that it went to my work old email. I thought I forwarded to my personal email before I left, but unfortunately that is not the case. 

Right now we are trying to contact my lawyer and section 8. But other than that, can anyone think of a way to get it? Maybe some sort of central state agency?

The property is in MA if that matters.
