4 bed 1.5 bath. B-/C+ property. 3 acres in country in central wi. 30x40 pole shed and the entire property is fenced in brand new chainlink. Any idea on what I could get for rent?

Price it high and go from there. Research 4 bedroom houses and adjust the rent up or down looking at comparables. If you can't find any comps than price high. You can always come down.
