What are the best books out there on being a good property manager? I've contemplated branching out into property management as I grow my own portfolio and I want to start educating myself on what it takes to be a great property manager.

@Shaun R. I would look at NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) best place to get all you need to learn and grown your business in Residential Property Management.
