Looking extend warranties for rental property appliances
I am looking to mitigate the overhead cost of upkeep for my rental properties. I own 3 rental properties totaling in 5 rental units. I am looking for extended coverage plans for the appliances in each unit. Does anyone know of possible coverage plans available?

Each time I buy an appliance at Lowes/Home Depot, the salesperson will ask if I want to purchase the extended warranty plan associated with this appliance.
I decline. It's not worth the paper it's printed on.
