Tenant issues with getting windows to lock

Tenant let us know yesterday they are having trouble getting vinyl windows to lock.  I feel it is a minor issue having dealt with it personally before and thinking little of it.  Asking for opinions and thoughts to see if it is a big issue or minor?

Thanks,

AJ

AJ,

Anything to do with locks on doors, windows, lights outside,  etc.... is very important to me for liability/safety issues. Check it out as soon as possible, you would really be in a pickle if someone breaks in, you were told and did nothing!
